Gottfried Prairie and Arboretum

Forty acres include wildlife pond, interactive trails, walking paths, monthly education programs and volunteer opportunities. Located at UW-FDL, the Arboretum is composed of 37.5 acres of native prairie. Serves as an outdoor recreation facility including about 0.8 miles of walking trails and an established interpretive trail with 12 signs introducing visitors to the prairie.
